This is a great coatrack. I’ve tested it extensively; you can pile on the heavy winter coats, bags, hats, etc without fear of it tipping over.The base is quite sturdy, four legs give it impressive stability. It features 8 different arms of varying heights, which allow generous storage capacity.Assembly was rather simple- however pay attention when you are installing the rack’s end caps. They take a bit of extra pressure to properly pop in all the way- and it can appear that they are fully pushed all the way in even if they are not.Aesthetically- the coat rack looks exactly like the seller’s listing photos. The rack is constructed from a brushed, industrial-looking, grey metal. Good coat rack that’s very easy to assemble and fairly sturdy yet lightweight and portable.

In my home, I have two wooden coat racks. One was such a pain to put together that I almost gave up. In one corner I have robes hanging on a coat rack and the other is for purses and hats. I needed more places for purses and hats so I decided to get this easy to assemble rack for robes in the bathroom. What a relief to put this together in a snap! If you have more stuff and are running out of places, try hanging some stuff on coat racks. I know, we don't need so much stuff but my mother is ninety-one and lives in a robe. I don't want to see her in the same one or two so she has a collection. I am trying to rid myself of some clothing, but in the meantime, I try to keep it neat. This is a great coat rack for hanging coats, or robes in my case.
